Independent Adoptions
Dr. Ronald Federici, one of the world’s experts on the diagnosis and treatment of adopted children, has established the Russian and Ukrainian Private Adoption Project.
Dr. Federici has seven adopted children of his own, and knows the procedure well. He will be overseeing each adoption personally.
